As you mentioned, you weren't excluding anybody from the US, but I didn't want to jump in prematurely.

Now that the topic has drifted down a bit I figure it is safe now to say this. Health care reform in the U.S.A. is Dead. I wanted to Hope (TM), but the more I think about it, the more I believe that it has been dead for quite some time.
